Telephone screeningInitially, suitable candidates are screened by consultants over the telephone in order to assess their ability to work in the specific role, and fit within the company's culture.
Face-to-face interview
A full interview will take place at the Teamwork Selection office and is
extremely important in ensuring that candidates meet all the specified
criteria. If the candidate proves suitable, it is possible at this stage to
implement skills testing or psychometric testing as required. The interview will be structured around the candidate's CV and previous work experience, ID is also checked for eligibility to work within the UK.
We can offer to a number of skill evaluations which once we have
ascertained your exact / specific needs will tailor-make the evaluation to
suit the job.
