Confident, vibrant and friendly Temporary Customer Service Assistants required to start work in Gloucester for a two week project. You will be working on the Customer Service team of a BIG name brand.
This work will run from Sunday 22nd October – Sunday 5th November and you must be available for the whole assignment, plus a training day on Friday 20th October. (You will not work every day)
Duties will include calling existing customer to schedule deliveries, arranging delivery times and leaving messages if needed.
NO cold calling. NO incoming calls. NO sales.
Must have a confident telephone manner and great communication skills. Previous experience an advantage but not essential as FULL TRAINING will be given.
Pay rate circa up to £12.12 per hour. Will include some weekend work.
