A small family run boutique hotel based in the centre of Cheltenham are looking for food and beverage assistants to maintain their high standards of customer care within their bar and restaurant. The philosophy of the hotel is very much putting the customer first and all their staff will go above and beyond to satisfy their guests

The role:

• Take customer orders, deliver and clear food/drinks, clear and re-lay tables.
• Making and serving both hot and cold drinks from the bar.
• Communicate in a friendly, helpful and polite way / build rapport.
• Create a relaxed and welcoming setting.
• Respond to customer requests directly and efficiently.
• Ensure all standards are met with attention to detail, be enthusiastic about creating a pleasant experience for the customer.
• Work well as part of a team, communicating closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery.

The successful candidate does not have to have previous experience of working in a hotel environment; however previous experience may prove to be an advantage. The candidate must have a confident manner and be able to interact with guests to ensure they feel welcome at all times This really is a role for someone who takes pride in everything they do and who wants to establish themselves as a key team member within a small family run hotel. 

Shift patterns - 5 days out of 7 including Weekends and Bank Holidays. Shifts are either 7am - 3pm or 3pm - 11pm
