BENCHMARKING

We can offer a number of skill evaluations which, once we have ascertained your exact / specific needs, will tailor-make the evaluation to suit the job. The menu would include

  • Psychometric evaluation - we use the Thomas International evaluation system
  • Numerical testing
  • English - written and spoken
  • Data entry - speed and accuracy - computerised testing system
  • General knowledge
  • Dexterity
  • Secretarial / PA evaluation
  • WP skill levels (computerised tests), i.e. Excel & Word
  • Shorthand - speed and translation
  • Audio - speed and accuracy
  • Letter writing

All evaluations can be benchmarked against your current employees

We can benchmark candidates for your vacancies, either by inviting your current employees to sit the skills tests or adapting your in-house tests for our candidates. Their results can then be used as a standard for new candidates.
