How can we help your business get back on track?
We know like most businesses in the UK right now you are raring to go and begin work again to get your business back to where it should be. We are all following the Government guidelines closely, and with that in mind, and the right safety measures in place, we want to be there to help you hit the ground running and get business booming again as soon as we can.
We want to work with you to make this happens as safely and quickly as possible. Here are some steps we will take to ensure your staff and our workers are safe, whilst getting business going again.
- Risk Assessments
A risk assessment must be documented by both your business and our agency, to ensure working conditions are met to the new safety standards. This will also help us make our workers informed of new procedures and cover liability for both parties.
- Workplace Procedure Safety Booklets
We will create and issue safety procedure booklets tailored for your specific business needs and make all our workers aware of the new safety procedures in place before they start an assignment with you.
We can assist in the allocation and monitoring of any extra PPE required for new safety procedures such as masks, gloves, goggles and hand sanitiser. We can also help with sourcing temperature check equipment for on site.
- Coronavirus screening questionnaire
We have introduced a health questionnaire to all our workers to, a) establish if anyone has had coronavirus, b) come into contact with anyone that has, or c) feels unwell. We send this out every week and monitor every response. We also send you as a client a questionnaire to make sure the new safety measures you have put in place can be understood by our workers before they arrive on site.
- Coronavirus Tests
If the workers we provide you with are essential workers (such as hospital cleaners, public servants, supermarket staff, delivery drivers, critical infrastructure staff) we can register and book testing for them and their households through the government testing site. You can read more about this here.
Split shift patterns and different working hours that are put in place to help with social distancing are no problem. We have temporary workers willing to work many different shifts, and we are on call 24-7 should any problems arise at any time.
We all want to get our businesses and the economy going again as quickly as possible, and as safely as possible. If you require staff quickly, whether it be temporary workers or permanent employees, please call us on 01452 615544 or email email@example.com, or fill in the contact form below.
