Spares Administrator

Hours:  8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £21,000

Experience in Export and Sage 200 is required.

Job description:

  • Preparing spares orders in Sage 200, both for home UK market and export
  • Processing payments
  • Producing picking list for spares orders
  • Producing delivery labels for couriers
  • Producing delivery notes and invoices
  • Organising distribution of documentation to customers
  • Raising Credit notes and refunds on credit card machine
  • Preparing pro-forma invoices
  • General office filing
  • Answering incoming telephone
  • Responsible for admin of warranty, completing forms and filing
  • Supporting spares packing department
