Our fantastic client based in Tewkesbury is one of the leading suppliers of audio visual and IT rental services, for customers throughout Europe and internationally. They are currently looking for a Accounts Assistant to join their busy team.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy and growing finance team.
As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for completing all invoicing for the sales orders and logistics function.
Your tasks will include:
- Raising sales invoices
- Distributing invoices and credit notes
- Answering queries raised
- VAT reports
- Assisting credit control when necessary in the collection of cash/resolving queries/raising of credit notes
- Staff expense claims
- Dealing with Purchase Orders
Our client is looking for someone who is a strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. You will thrive working under pressure and love to rise to a challenge.
You must have experience using SAGE 50, and of managing ledgers, processing invoice and credit notes.
The company has its own bespoke invoicing package and full training will be provided on this system.
Salary: £17,000 – £20,000 dependant on experience
