Are you experienced in administration, comfortable taking charge, talking to various people throughout the day and looking for a brand new challenge? We could have the role for you!
Working for a busy company in Gloucester in lovely state of the art offices, with contractors out on the road, you will often be in the office on your own dealing with queries, taking customer orders and communicating with colleagues about jobs that need doing.
You will have an outgoing, confident and bubbly personality, not afraid to jump right into the role and take charge of a situation when needed. Organisation is also imperative as you will be ordering stock for jobs and ensuring this is all in place for contractors to take out.
The company prides itself on finishing jobs to a high standard and delivering impeccable customer service and you will be expected to uphold this as one of the first points of contact for potential and existing clients.
Jobs and responsibilities throughout the day will include:
- Basic Admin
- Meeting and greeting customers, setting up meeting rooms
- Some reception work
- Liaising with customer regarding projects
- Notifying customers of any delays/issues
- Taking payments
- Ordering products for jobs
- Answering emails
Being able to multi task and having good communication skills is also important.
In return you’ll receive a salary of £17,000 plus benefits!
