Our client based in Gloucester is a well known brand who sell top quality goods. They’re currently looking for Customer Service Administrators to join their busy team in the run up to Christmas – one of their busiest times of the year.

They’re looking for confident, enthusiastic and bubbly Customer Service Administrators to hit the ground running in this busy, customer focused role.

As a Customer Service Administrator your duties will include responding to customer emails, answering queries, solving problems and ensuring each customer receives top quality service. You will also be expected to complete basic admin and help out with general office duties, including answering the telephone. You must be able to multi-task!

You will need to be a great communicator with great written and spoken English. You will be confident in dealing with different people and have a passion for delivering great customer service.

You must be available immediately. Immediate interviews being held!

Hours: 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8am-8pm, will include weekends.

Pay rate from £9.00 per hour.
