Head of Department – Outdoor Furniture and Christmas 618 views

Our fantastic client based in Nailsworth has recently gone through a period of growth and opened a new centre in this great location.

They are now looking for a Head of Department to lead their Outdoor Furniture and Christmas Department.

You will be an experienced supervisor or manager who is energetic and looking for a hands on role where you can make a real difference.

As a Head of Department you will:

  • Help to drive sales and maximise profit
  • Create inspirational visual displays
  • Manage stock levels
  • Lead and develop a team
  • Provide top class customer service at all times

To be successful as a Department Head you will:

  • Be an experienced retailer with a background in similar product categories
  • Be able to perform under pressure and operate in a fast paced environment
  • Have good IT
  • Have the ability to achieve results by effectively leading, and motivating your team to ensure they perform to their best and provide outstanding customer service
