Our fantastic client based in Tewkesbury is looking for a talented Logistics Administrator to join their team on a temporary, ongoing basis.
This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of an exciting company who work with digital content and supply production services at events across the world.
As a Logistics Administrator, you will be helping with the administration of stock movements and your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing equipment orders on the company’s internal system
- Managing the day-to-day scheduling of the vehicles and drivers leaving the company
- Working individually to manage event deadlines, book resources and handle logistical requirements
- Working closely with Event Project Managers to book resources and support onsite delivery for large events
You will need have great communication skills, both written and verbal, good people skills, be pro-active and have a flexible approach to tasks.
Being IT literate is also essential as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Salary: £8.00 – £8.50 per hour
Hours: 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
