We’re seeking a Part Time Receptionist to join the team to work Wednesday afternoons from 2.00pm – 5.30pm.

Duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Keeping reception tidy
  • Greeting visitors
  • General administration support

Ideally you will have some experience working on a reception desk.

You will be:

  • Organised
  • Great at communicating
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure

As you will be acting as the face of the company and will be the first point of contact for visitors, you must also be well presented.
