Due to growth, our client based in Gloucester is looking for a talented and professional Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
As a Customer Service Administrator you will be working in a busy team focused on delivering fantastic customer service and building and maintaining customer relationships.
As a Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for:
- General office administration
- Answering the telephone
- Answering queries for customers
- Raising invoices
- Filing and organisation of paperwork
Our client is looking for someone professional, who is a great team player and has strong communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are also key, with some previous experience in a similar role advantageous.
Pay: Circa £17,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday – Friday
