We’re currently recruiting for a temporary part time HR Administrator to join the team of our client based in Gloucester.
This prestigious company is looking for someone to come in for 3 months to help support the HR Assistant in a busy HR department.
Working 24 hours per week, across three days, the HR Administrator will be responsible for duties such as:
- Archiving dated files
- Spreadsheet management
- Producing packs
- Scheduling interviews
- Minute taking
- General administration support
You will need to have:
- Experience using MS Office, including Outlook ,Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have great attention to detail.
- You will also need to be able to be discreet with confidential information.
Pay: £8.08 per hour
