We’re looking for a well presented and friendly receptionist to join our busy, close knit team based in Brockworth, Gloucester
This role starts next week, so please get in touch ASAP if you are interested!
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting all clients and candidates
- Assisting with setting up meeting rooms
- Making refreshments
- Answering the telephone
- Answering queries via email
- Basic data entry
- General basic admin
Knowledge and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills, alongside an approachable manner
- Strong IT skills
- Pro-active approach to work duties
- Good team player
- Able to use own initiative
- Well presented as you will be the face of the company
Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary: £8.21 per hour
