We’re currently recruiting for a Virtual Receptionist to work for our brilliant client based in Brockworth. IMMEDIATE START
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a company who provide a valuable service to their clients and play an important role in their success.
As a Virtual Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the company’s clients, answering all the inbound phone call and directing them to the appropriate person, so you must have great communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering all incoming calls to the business in a polite and professional manner
- Directing calls efficiently to the appropriate person
- Providing excellent customer service
- Accurately logging all communication
- Updating system with important information
You will need to have great communication skills, be able to talk to people from a variety of different backgrounds and enjoy working within a team.
Ideally you will have experience of working in a customer focused environment and have an enthusiastic nature.
You will also need to be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
