Whether you’re a seasoned recruiter or just starting out, we are always keen to hear from enthusiastic, passionate individuals who love building relationships and have the drive to succeed.

As a growing company we take the development of our staff seriously and are always keen to enhance their skills and develop their natural talents. We strongly believe in investing in training to help our workforce progress and grow in their respective roles.

As a Recruitment Consultant with Teamwork Selection, you will get the opportunity to study alongside your day job to achieve a nationally recognised certificate in Recruitment Resourcing and you will regularly have the chance to attend courses and events to ensure your skills are kept up to date.

As well as continuous training and development we also offer a range of other staff benefits including a pension plan and a friendly, supportive working environment.

If recruitment is your passion or you have the drive to see what it’s all about, we would love to hear from you.

We’re always keen to hear from fresh new talent, so if you’re interested in pursuing an apprenticeship with us, get in touch!

An apprenticeship is a great way to combine practical training in a job with studying for qualifications. It can be an exciting alternative to college or university and often provides you with benefits you cannot get from further education.

If you choose an apprenticeship with us, you will kick start an exciting career in a fast paced environment. Joining a highly motivated team that love what they do, you will be able to get stuck in from day one and relish the fact that every day is different.

As an apprentice Recruitment Consultant you will learn the art of attracting business from client companies and applications from talented candidates. As part of a busy day you will liaise with clients and candidates and learn skills such as interviewing, headhunting and relationship building.

The official qualifications you will receive include a Technicial Certificate in Business Administration, as well as key skills in Literacy, Numeracy and ICT.

If an apprenticeship in recruitment sounds like the ideal path for you, get in touch today.
