Skills Evaluation & Benchmarking

Once we have a clear picture of your vacancies and recruitment needs, we set about finding you the perfect match. We use proven skills evaluation methods to pinpoint the exact personal qualities and attributes you’re looking for.

Our assessment methods include:

    • Personality and psychometric evaluation (using the Thomas International evaluation system)
    • Assessing key skills like literacy, numeracy, communication and general knowledge
    • Office based tests, including data entry, secretarial / PA evaluation, WP skill levels, audio skills
    • Tests for industrial roles, including general dexterity and ability to follow oral and written instructions

 


We can benchmark candidates against your current employees. We facilitate this by inviting your current employees to sit the skill tests or we can adapt your in-house tests for new candidates. The results can then be used as a standard for new applicants.
