What is Psychometric Analysis?
The analysis is done through a series of test, which are also known as Apitude Tests. It is common in modern-day interviews and assessments, to see how you would fit within a team. They test your cognitive ability or personality. They are now more commonly administered online and consist of a series of questions where you must submit your answers within the time limits.
