We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Administrator to join this expanding company based in Stonehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, communicating with clients, and ensuring accurate data entry.

Salary : £29,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday

This is an office based role, in super modern offices with a great team !

Duties:

– Communicate with clients via phone and email in a professional manner taking orders and processing .
– Maintain phone etiquette standards when interacting with customers
– Analyse account information to identify trends and opportunities for upselling
– Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
– Utilise English language skills effectively in written and verbal communication
– Process invoices
– Follow up delayed deliveries and report new delivery dates tracking and informing the customers along the way

Qualifications:

– Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
– SAP experience preferred- Export and distribution background would be great !
